DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes we do! However, our grounding products are not usable overseas as they are made with an Australian plug. We currently do not offer alternative plugs for the grounding products.

CAN I TAKE THESE BREASTFEEDING?

All of our supplements are safe to take whilst breastfeeding.

CAN I TAKE THESE IF I AM PREGNANT?

The Multi - No - as this contains oyster.

The Beef - YES and it would heavily help to support your pregnancy.

FSF - there is not enough research unfortunately to safely say if it is safe during pregnancy, so we would recommend consulting your healthcare provider.

MSM - is considered safe for most people, however again there is limited research on its use during pregnancy. So again, simply consult your healthcare provider.
