Abbey has been helping her clients achieve optimal health for years by recommending nutrient-rich foods such as beef liver, oysters, and kelp to supplement their diets rather than using synthetic supplements which can often cause more deficiencies due to the lack of co-factors required for the body to properly absorb the micronutrients properly.

However, Abbey noticed that many of her clients were hesitant to eat these nutrient-dense foods, for ummm... obvious reasons, which led her to explore alternative solutions. As a result, she set out to create a multivitamin that was not synthetic and instead was made entirely from the world's most nutritionally dense foods. This led to the birth of Wilder Health, a company dedicated to providing high-quality, nutrient-dense supplements that help supplement people's diets without causing harm or nutritional deficiencies in other areas.
