Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Wilder Health, we stand by the quality of our supplements and grounding products. Your satisfaction is important to us, but due to the nature of our products, we must adhere to the following return and exchange guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • All returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used products.
  • Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. Any damaged, broken, or tampered packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplements or grounding products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns.
  • Gift cards, clearance items, or special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at hello@wilderhealth.com.au with your order number and details of the product you'd like to return or exchange.
  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions, including where to ship your item.
  3. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an unopened item for the same product, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the new product to you.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as shipping costs for the exchanged item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or incorrect item, and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
